Hi!
I’m available for part time or full time babysitting. I’m 23 years old, with a degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. I’ve worked over the summer at Camp Sloane in Connecticut as a camp counsellor working with children ages 7- 16 for 3 months. I’m back home from the US and available from September, aiming to start teacher training soon, and I am flexible with timings.
My Experience
I’ve had work experience at a nursery and also have worked at a children’s music school for 3 years, which means I understand the responsibilities when taking care of children. I most recently worked at Camp Sloane in Connecticut for 3 months as a camp counsellor. This entailed working with children ages 7-16 full time, in different activity areas as well as being in constant care of a group of 6 children as their primary carer during their stay. Im eager to start babysitting for families in the area.
My Qualifications
DBS certified, First aid trained and CPR qualified
Experience includes:
- Work experience in TopTots nursery (0-5yrs old)
- Assistant dance teacher at the academy of performing arts ( Age 3+)
- Previous Saturday job at James Allen Saturday school for the performing arts (Ages 6+)
- Camp counsellor at Camp Sloane YMCA, Connecticut (ages 7-16)
