Hello! I'm Beth, a SEND specialist dedicated to supporting children with additional needs. I have extensive experience working with autistic learners, ADHD, speech and language needs, dyslexia, dyscalculia and a range of learning differences, ensuring that every child receives the tailored support they deserve.
I provide specialist 1:1 tuition for primary-aged SEND learners, helping to build confidence, develop key skills, and create engaging, accessible learning experiences. My approach is child-centred, flexible, and structured, adapting to each learner’s individual needs.

My Experience
I am a qualified and experienced SEND teacher, specialist tutor, and consultant, with a strong background in supporting children with a wide range of additional needs. I have worked across specialist and mainstream settings, providing tailored learning experiences that meet the unique needs of each child.
My experience includes:
? SEND Specialist Teaching – Supporting primary-aged learners with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, dyslexia, dyscalculia and other learning differences. I create individualised learning plans and use multisensory, structured teaching approaches to help children thrive.
? 1:1 SEND Tuition – Providing specialist, targeted tuition to help children develop core skills, build confidence, and achieve their potential in a way that suits their learning style.
? Informal Dyslexia Assessments – Conducting screening assessments to identify indicators of dyslexia, alongside tailored intervention strategies to support literacy development.
? Pre-Assessments for Autism – Observing and assessing early indicators of autistic traits, providing detailed reports to support families in pursuing formal diagnostic pathways.
?Pre-Assessments for ADHD - Observing and assessing early indicators of ADHD, providing detailed reports to support families in pursuing formal diagnostic pathways.
? EHCP & Annual Review Support – Reviewing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing pre-assessment observations and reports, and supporting families in preparing for annual reviews to ensure the right support is in place.
? Consultation & Advocacy – Advising families and schools on best practices for SEND support, ensuring children receive the right interventions, adjustments, and learning strategies.
? Assistive Technology & Communication Support – Experienced in using AAC, Makaton and other communication tools to support children with additional communication needs.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £70.00 per hour
? 1:1 SEND Tuition (Primary Level) – £70 per hour
? Informal Dyslexia Screening & Report – £200 (includes assessment, written report, and recommendations)
? Pre-Assessment Observations for ADHD & Report – £300 (includes observation, interviews with family, report, and guidance on next steps)
? Pre-Assessment Observations for Autism & Report – £300 (includes observation, interviews with family, report, and guidance on next steps)
? EHCP Review & Annual Review Preparation – £350 (includes document review, written recommendations, and support in preparing for the meeting)
? Consultation & Advocacy Support – £100 per hour (advising on SEND support, school provisions, EHCP processes, and parent advocacy)
? Sessions and assessments can take place in person (depending on location) or online, ensuring flexible support tailored to your child’s needs.
