Hi,
I am Najma Kahtun and Ofsted Registered childminder. Recently I have been Rated as 'GOOD' by Ofsted.
I live in Hall Green ( Lulworth Rd).
I am married with two children aged 20 years and 13 year. As a childminder I provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment where children are able to learn and enjoy, build up confident and to fulfill their full potential. On a regular base I take my minded children to local playgroup and outing . At the moment I do School drop/pick form Lakey Land and Robin Hood Primary School.
I OFFER 15 HOURS FREE CHILDCARE NURSERY FUNDING PLACES ( EEE ).
My Experience
I have the experience of bring up my own children and also have helped number of years as volunteer in the local Primary school.
I have been working three years now and enjoyed every moments.I have gained extensive knowledge of EYFS.
My Qualifications
Diploma in Home Based Childcare (CACHE Level 3).
BTEC First Diploma in childcare.
Paediatric First Aid.
Safeguarding Training.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday
From 8am ----- 5.30pm.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
Cost available on request. My fees can be negotiable depending on the number of hours and children.

Najma looked after our little boy for about two years before he went to school. He had a lovely time with her and we all remember her fondly. Her setting is thoughtfully set out and very clean with a lovely back garden. She provided lots of interesting activities for the children and updated us with some special photos! We were homeschooling our older daughter and she tried to be really accommodating of our changing schedules.

I am very pleased and incredibly appreciative of the excellent care Najma has provided for my son who was just 9 months old when I returned to work. Najma's flexibility with my working hours and her warm, welcoming personality has given me the peace of mind every parent looks for. Najma regularly sends me photos of my little boy whilst I'm at work which always reassures me that he is safe and happy. Furthermore, Najma tries to encourage good development by implementing lots of different activites in the day and building relationships between children.
I would highly recommend Najma as a credible and caring childminder.

Najma looks after our 2 daughters for quite some time now and we are very happy with all the help and support extended by Najma whilst kids are with her. We are really pleased to see kids enjoy the time with her. Najma is quite proactive to ensure kids overall growth. Many thanks Najma.

Namja is an amazing childminder. My children have been with Najma since September 2012. As a mother of two young boys and studying a fulltime degree course i was looking for someone that would support my children and flexible when I went on placement. Having had a negative experience with another childminder I have high expectations.
Najma has exceeded my expectations, I have witnessed an amazing transformation in my children, especially my five year old. Najma has assisted with his transition into schooling and with some speech therapy.
Both my boys get excited when they are at Najma's, as she always has activities planed to do. Outings to the park, local stay and play groups. Its wonderful that she is able to do the school run as well.
Both my husband and myself consider Najma more then our childminder she is our friend. Her family are supportive and welcoming, and we embrace that they bring a cultural divisity to my boys up bringing and to our lives.
Thank you Najma for being a wonderful childminder, a beautiful person and friend.
Would highly recommend.

Najma looks after my son 3days per week. I trust her with my son and he really enjoys the time he spends with Najma. Very flexible and everything i have asked she has done to the very best standard. I am so happy i chose Najma to look after my son. he comes home happy everyday. Her family are so warm and welcomging. I do not have a bad thing to say about Najma. she has very good qualities and is always looking after my sons best interests. Najma has helped my son interact with other children, learn to sit up unaided and much more. I am very happy with the service Najma provides and would recomed her to friends and family in the fucture.
