My Requirements
I’m looking for a childminder/babysitter for my 4 year old son from September 2021 onwards. My son has special educational needs, a diagnosis of autism, speech and language delays (used sign.) Initially the hours would be a Thursday and Friday, school pick up until 5pm, with the look to increase hours in the near future if the fit is right for my son, such as additional hours during school holidays.
I am open to considering a babysitter/childminder/nanny/pa, however would like for them to be ofsted registered. Having Sen experience is crucial, and a background of using signing (makaton/bsl) would be great, in order to effectively communicate with him, but not essential as the appropriate signs can be taught.
Pick up’s would start in September 2021 from park community academy. I am looking to make this permanent as quickly as possible in time for the half term holidays, hours throughout holidays would be discussed.
