My name is Elle and I am 22 years of age, with 4 years childcare experience. I hold a level 3 childcare qualification along with a fully enhanced DBS, and paediatric first aid. I also hold knowledge of the birth to 5 matters, to ensure each child blossoms. My passion is working with children and making them feel safe and cared for. I am a bubbly, friendly, caring individual who is always keen to give a helping hand. I love planning educational activities that will help each individual child’s learning, along with providing safe and nurturing care.
I am also happy to provide my services for some Saturdays and Sundays.
My Experience
I began my child care journey starting out as childminding assistant, since then it has sparked my love for childcare. I have since then worked in two different private nursery settings, where I have/had my own key children and providing care to up to 40 children at a time. I develop strong bonds with children and parents, so they feel cared for and listened too. I enjoy creating different activities that will help children develop in a fun way.
