My Experience
I did health and social care in secondary school so at the end of year 11 i did work experience in my primary school & i was in a year 1 class for 2 weeks. In sixth form i also did health and social care again but at a deeper level and for this i had to do placement again and so i went back to my primary school where i was in a year 3 class twice a week. In september 2019 i was a nanny for 2 girls (aged 4 & 6) monday-friday. My roles included picking them up from school, playing with them, making dinner for them & doing their homework/reading with them too. I do have experience in a nursery too. I worked in a nursery for a year. I worked in baby room and the other room which is 2-5 year olds.

-Level 3 Health and Social Care- With this i learnt each child's different stages of development and what they should be doing at each stage.

-first aid trained

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this nanny at all. She was with us for a month, failed to bond with the children and lacked initiative. She had disclosed a previous grievance with a family but I wanted to give her a chance but sadly I was very mistaken to do this. She ended up walking out after a month simply because nanny paye had calculated her pay to be split over a year (term time only contract) and it took a few days to sort. She was very rude and aggressive during this period.
