About Me
I am an extremely experienced ex-Head of a Prep-Prep with detailed knowledge of Early Years and Key Stage 1 learning who loves to use my depth of knowledge to support individual children to progress. As a tutor, I have watched children flourish and fly in these extremely important years which can not be underestimated. I have introduced a well-recognised system of phonics learning into three independent schools which has been a passion of mine. I also have a creative background that I feel follows through in my teaching style. The relationship between tutor and child is key and I am available for a no obligation chat/meeting to discuss your individual needs so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
My Experience
I am a private tutor who specialises in Early Years and Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2) education. I am particularly passionate about Phonics, Reading and Writing. I have a depth of suitable experience having worked in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 throughout my teaching career, and I have also been Head of a Pre-Prep and Head of Juniors. I have a range of excellent resources based on the Read Write Inc Phonics scheme that will support my systematic, yet engaging teaching.

My availability is flexible during the summer holidays, but I am also available during term times and weekends. The calender below is based on term time only.
