About Me
Hi! I’m Kayleigh - an experienced nanny working in Aberdeen. I have been nannying for around 9 years and prior to that I worked in a nursery for over 6 years.
I absolutely love nannying and forming close bonds with the children and their families. It’s a very rewarding job helping and watching the little ones grow and learn.
I love to plan activities for children whether it be messy play or learning activities to support their development. I also love to get outdoors with the kids.
Currently working in a nursery again but I’m open to coming back to nannying if the stars align!

My Experience
I worked in a nursery for 6+years where I gained my childcare qualifications. I worked mainly with the baby age group. I loved it but moved onto nannying in 2016. I have worked with a range of ages from newborn up to age 14.
I am also a mum to a 10 year old boy!

Kayleigh has been such a lifesaver since we found her a couple months ago. She is incredibly professional with skills from previous nursery and nannying jobs and is personable and really easy to get along with. Because of her nursery experience, she is great at anticipating needs with our baby (currently 5 months) following cues for his sleep and hunger (since we do not abide by a schedule) and asks all the right questions to make sure she is modeling how you would care for your own child. She's proactive and a great communicator - we can't recommend her enough!

Kayleigh came to babysit our 1 year old one evening so me and my husband could have a date night. She was very professional with her approach and wanted to make a connection with our little one from the start. Our little one went to bed with no bother with her and Kayleigh made us feel at ease so we were able to enjoy our time together with my husband. We are definitely going to employ Kayleigh again in the future and I highly recommend her!

I have 2 girls aged 6 months and 2 years old (also a 6 year old Labrador). Kayleigh was warming and enthusiastic as soon as she stepped in the door and my 2 year old took to her straight away. We instantly felt comfortable with leaving the girls with Kayleigh. The girls were kept entertained with stories and role play and put down to bed with no issues. Kayleigh was also on time. Will continue to use Kayleigh for future childcare needs.

Kayleigh stepped in when I was in a sticky spot with childcare and built an immediate rapport with the kids. Both they and I were very pleased and I will absolutely be using her again in the future. Highly recommended.
