About Me
In the summer of 2023 I graduated University with a Law degree which was an extremely rewarding experience. Throughout university I used some of my free time to take care of children from a couple different families. I was able to build a strong and fun relationship with the children whilst ensuring they were safe and cared for. I work in hospitality where I interact with people all day which helps me develop key social skills. I enjoy arts and crafts and baking so introducing and developing these hobbies to children is something I love to do.
My Experience
In 2018 I was lucky enough to travel to Spain to be an au pair for a delightful 3 year old boy which I thoroughly enjoyed and this experience taught me the importance of patience for young children, especially with a different language. I have been babysitting for several years for various families which has helped me learn how to cater for the individual child's needs. In addition to this I volunteered at Cubs for several years where I got to spend time helping the children learn and have fun in a safe and friendly environment. Earlier this year I was a nanny for three children ranging in the ages of 2-10. This involved picking and dropping off from school and nursery, getting organised in the morning and cooking them meals. I was also able to spend our free time in the evening helping them with their homework, baking and playing outside which the children and I thoroughly enjoyed!
