About Me
I am a Steiner/Waldorf trained Kindergarten and Parent and Child Teacher. I have worked with families and young children(1-6 years old) for 26 years. All my work has been with groups of children until recently when I have been doing 1-1 with parents and children. Often parents want to learn about Parenting from a Steiner/ Waldorf perspective which differs from mainstream practice. These skills are best learnt through imitation and the earlier the better. My skills are utilised the best when I work alongside a parent who might be struggling to bring peace and harmony into their lives with their children. I am also very happy outside in any weather. My Experience
All of my experience has been within Steiner/Waldorf Early years Kindergartens until recently when I have been a nanny to 2 young children. As my experience covers 6 years old I am able to support a family who would like to home educate or simply start their children in a school setting later than 5.
My Qualifications
I have a level 4 Steiner Waldorf Kindergarten training and have had to keep up to date over the last 23 years with first aid, SEND, and Prevent. Ongoing CPD includes Attachment Theory and Autism.
My Availability
As my children have all left home I can be very flexible around times and days.
