My Summary

My Experience

I have been a babysitter in my local area for around 9 years now and have recently finished a year-long posting working as an au pair for a family with 2 young children.

I have also been a qualified Beaver and Cub scout leader for the past 10 years, showing my dedication and wealth of experience. This also means that I am DBS checked and trained in various areas of interest, including safeguarding, first aid and welfare.

I have been tutoring students for the past 5 years, particularly in the subject of maths, and have recently been enrolled in a government initiative, tutoring year 11 students for their maths GCSE, after falling behind due to covid-19.

I am also lifeguard trained and qualified, including basic first aid and CPR skills.

My Qualifications

I have recently graduated from the University of Leeds, following completion of my A levels and GCSEs.

My degree is in Criminal Justice and Criminology.

My A levels were in Maths, Law, Psychology and an AS level in Further Maths.

I have completed various training modules to continue volunteering for scouts and am fully DBS checked.

I have successfully completed the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and Open Water Lifeguard qualification (OWL) both of which cover basic first aid techniques, as well as CPR training.

My Availability

I am currently free for both babysitting and tutoring any day during the week, as well as in the evenings or after school.
I can also be available on weekends.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £7.50 per hour
• Tutoring from £12.00 per hour

For babysitting rates, I charge a minimum of £7.50/hour, with a slight increase risk multiple children, but I am happy to be flexible on specifics and am open to coming to an agreement.

For tutoring, I charge around £12/hour, but am again open to negotiation.
