JULY-AUGUST SUMMER HOLIDAYS! Hi there! My name is Daisy, I am a 23 year old and I am available to help a lovely family out during this time. I have finished my Spanish and French degree in Newcastle and I am moving back home in the Lee. I have loved kids all my life due to my mum’s work as a local family photographer and have become a fun, kind and responsible person with children. I see myself as a calm influence on children as well as getting them out and about in the fresh air to let off steam, whether that be staying in the garden or taking the car and going somewhere. I also love to cook and bake (sourdough is my thing at the moment!) so if you are looking for an extra pair of hands to make dinner too I am up for that along with activities with the children to get them involved. If you have a four-legged friend then even better!
My Experience
I have looked after children since I was 17 years old ranging in ages from 11 months-11 yrs. Last summer I was an Au Pair in France for 5 weeks to 2 girls 6 and 10 years old. 2 years before than I spent 2 months in Spain as an au pair looking after a 6 yr, 3 yr and 18 month old which was an amazing experience - I can change nappies as well as learn Tik Tok dances !! I have looked after an 11 month little boy, taking him to playgroups and getting him out of the house for a couple of hours and then putting him down for his nap. I have also looked after 3 children aged 7,8 and 11 including the 8 year old having autism. I was mum for 36 hours while the parents were abroad for a conference so am very confident with being left in charge and having full responsibility.
My Qualifications
Clean 6 year drivers license, 6 years experience with children, monetary responsibilities, a car, and can cook.
