My Experience

I have extensive experience In childcare, I started off at 15 with relative work experience at The Old Station nursery in Kew ranging from ages 2-4 years old.
My day to day varied from playing interactive learning games to feeding and teaching children at a pre-school level.

This experience carried throughout my teenage years into my adult life, from babysitting for family and friends with ages ranging from 1 years - 13 years old. These experiences have included after school pick up until 7pm in the evening to looking after children throughout the weekend solely, with cooking and cleaning provided in the service on every occasion.

I have a teenage child of my own which has also become of my life and one that I am very proud of.

I take pride in nurturing and understanding children. Whether I can console them after school regarding a disagreement or if it comes from frustrations regarding school work. I can show them the tools in which they'll need to tackle these issues in a calm and purposeful way. Creating with children in crafts or making food together are amazing life skills that children need outside their school environment to grow. I really thrive in this area as I find that I am a creative indiviual with extensive experience. I would be thrilled to share my expertise for new generations to come, whilst still maintaining and understanding on their level, for them to be comfortable to learn and thrive. It's a rewarding job that I take seriously with the responsibilities of teaching and encouraging their growth academically. Being organised is crucial for myself and for the children that I will be working with to learn from as it can be beneficial for my day to day and for them to pick up healthy habits to take into adulthood.

My qualifications include first aid and education from primary school until college.
