About Me
Hi.
My name is Caroline Flower and I have over 16 years of professional childcare experience. I live with my husband and two cats in Halesowen. I have recently become registered with Ofstead to be a childminder. I have a clean and welcoming environment, creating the home from home feel. I will be offering meals and snacks throughout the day. We like to do lots of exploring in the local area, such as library visits, going to the park, soft play, forest school, the farm and lots more. I encourage lots of outside play as I am passionate about the great outdoors and I have a lovely outdoor, secure space. I have my own car with a full UK driving licence that I have held for 12 years with no claims. I drive a 7 seater and child seats will be provided by myself. My hours are 7. 30am till 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8am till 2pm. If you have any inquiries do not hesitate to ask.
My Experience
I have lots of experience with children from 9 months to 5yrs old, working in a nursery for 3 years and in primary schools as a teaching assistant from nursery to Year 2.
I have 4 years of babysitting experience, references from parents can be provided.
My Qualifications
I am a Level 3 childcare practitioner with over 16 years experience. I have a clean DBS, First Aid trained, food hygiene trained and own a full driving licence with my own car.
My Availability
My childminding hours are 7. 30am till 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 8am till 2pm
I currently have availability on a Wednesday and a Friday from January 2025
