About Me
I am a private tutor (and qualified integrative arts counsellor) who specialises in helping children with SEN such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, behaviour and sensory needs.
I can also facilitate learning sessions with my therapy ponies at their stables in North London.
I have over 10 years experience of looking after and working with children from young babies to older teens. I have a lot of experience with children with disabilities and additional needs including challenging behaviour and mental health needs.
I am also mum to a beautiful 6 month old little girl!
My Experience
I have worked as a private tutor for the past 3 years, working specifically with children who are unable to cope with being in school.
I have also worked in crèches, schools, child mental health units, playgroups for children with disabilities and riding schools. I was a nanny for three years for an amazing family and have babysat for dozens of lovely families over the last 10 years.
My Qualifications
I have a BSc in Psychology from Sussex University.
I have a diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education and I am registered with the BACP.
I have a diploma in Equine Facilitated Learning and Therapy from Horse Haven UK.
My Availability
I am available in the mornings and some afternoons.
