I’m Jasmine, 21 years old, and I’ve spent the last few years working in childcare, which I absolutely love. Right now, I’m a Teaching Assistant, where I get to help students learn and grow every day. My experience with kids has taught me a lot about how to connect with them and support their development.
My Experience
I've gained a lot of experience in various childcare roles. I've worked as a babysitter, providing one-on-one care and support to families. I’ve also been involved in wrap-around care, where I’ve helped create a safe and fun environment for kids before and after school. As well as supporting during the holiday club. Now, as a Teaching Assistant, I’m using all that experience to help students in the classroom, supporting their learning and making sure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the day.
My Qualifications
I have my GCSEs and am currently working towards a degree in Childcare. I’ve also completed first aid training, which has been essential in my roles. As I continue my studies, I’m excited to deepen my knowledge and skills to further support the children I work with.
