About Me
My name is Verity I have a daughter who is now 9 months old.
I'm new to the Hereford area and I start back to work in January. My husband is called Francisco. We are a fun loving family that love going on walks and exploring the outdoors. Blanca is a very happy, very talkative and smily girl who loves her food, engaging with people, listening to music and loves anything sensory such as lights, textures etc.
She has a big brother called Federico.
She can't roll over quite yet but has mastered how to do a half roll and enjoys eating pretty much anything apart from sweet potatoes she doesn't seem to be a fan.
We are looking for the right person to look after Blanca before i am due to go back to work and want to make sure its the right person/place for her.
My Requirements
In need of someone to look after Blanca for a minimum of 2 days a week could possibly be more.
We would want someone who looks after Blanca to be patient, confident, loving, kind and caring. Someone who will let Blanca find new ways of learning to help her develop her milestones (preferably a montessori approach.)
Would like to be able to have an update on what Blanca has been learning, doing, eating etc.
Would like the person/place to have good safe guarding procedures and knowledge of infant first aid.
Anything that requires treatment from any accident myself and my husband would want to be informed.
