My Summary

My Experience

I have Newborn experience and taken care of children from 3months to pre-teens.

I strive to provide your child with an environment that will be fun and stimulating. I tailor each active to the the development stage and I implement ideas from the Development Matters in the Early years Foundation Stage.

I will provide activities that support the main learning areas:

Communication and language

Physical development

Personal, social and emotional development

Literacy

Mathematics

Understanding the world

Expressive arts and design

These activities will include:

Imaginative Play (Dressing up clothes )

stories telling (Daily)

Music time


Our weekly activities would cover:
Construction (Lego , wooden bicks )

Sensory play (Rainbow chickpeas, foil blanket and sensory mats)

Outdoor activities

Trips to local parks and library ( with occasional outings to a zoo or farm). I encourage everyday outside play all weather conditions

We will also have:
Sand and water Play
Puzzles
Cars
Play house
Play kitchen
Numeracy ( counting,measuring)
Arts and crafts
Cooking
Dolls and buggy’s
My little pony
Action figures
animals
Phonics and lots of reading storey telling

Outside play area: swings, play den sand pit, water tray, bikes, scooters.

I also help with homework and have helped many children in nursery up to year 2 in their learning journey ( phonics, reading, spelling, writing,maths etc)

Ofsted approved and registered

Safeguarding Children (Child protection)

Full paediatric First Aid course

DBS Enhanced Checks

Professional Liability insurance

• Childminding from £4.50 per hour
