My Experience

My name is Holly, and I have experience working with children ranging from infancy to 11 years old. I worked with them daily, from morning to evening, closely collaborating with their parents and caregivers to optimize each child's development. My duties included teaching life skills, providing milk at specified times, sterilizing bottles, adhering to established routines and schedules, helping children sleep, and preparing healthy, balanced meals.

I also planned and executed educational activities and spent time interacting with the children, ensuring their safety at all times. Not only did I attend to their educational needs, but I also ensured they have fun. I was responsible for cleaning all areas, performing risk assessments, carrying out regular health and safety checks, and completing the appropriate paperwork. I am currently working in a forest nursery and have excellent knowledge of both indoor and outdoor activities.

Every day, I provided feedback to the parents regarding the children's development and new skills they had acquired. Besides my childcare duties, I worked as a trampolining coach for both toddlers and teenagers. As a Level 1 coach and a national-level trampolinist, I bring a strong ability to balance fun with discipline to my work.

It's important to note that I am also first aid trained and have completed several childcare courses, making me fully trained in this area. My expertise extends from babies to young adults. Additionally, my passion goes beyond just caring for children; I strive to help them grow to their full potential and support their families in any way I can.
