About Me
We are a friendly family of 4. I have an energetic and happy toddler who is nearly 3 and a 7 month old baby. I am a proponent of respectful/gentle parenting and gentle discipline, baby led weaning and montessori at home principles. We speak Greek, Spanish and English in the home, my daughter also understands Mandarin from her previous nanny.
My Requirements
I will return to work in September, working mon-wed and am looking for someone to work all or part of these days (ie 1-3 days). Likely hours if work would be 8-6 but I am waiting a confirmed work schedule so this may change slightly.
It would be nice if the person can ease into our family to make sure we are a good fit and I can offer 1-2 days a week until September with flexible hours and days. We will be away for 3-4 weeks from end July to mid August.
I am very easy going but reliability and honesty are important to me. I am keen to find someone looking for a long term position. Someone patient and easy going is likely to get on best with my high energy toddler. Ideally you would speak either Spanish/Greek/Mandarin and be willing to communicate in this language with the kids.
