My Requirements

We require a kind and fun Spanish speaking nanny.

Broadly speaking, we want someone who is happy to be part of the family. Someone who can provide a safe and nurturing environment whilst we are at work. Someone who hopes to commit for the long-term.

Day to Day
- The 4 year old is at school from 8.30 to 3.30pm everyday and then has after school classes.
- The 15 month old has different activities and clubs everyday (Little gym, story time etc). You would have a zoo pass and go some afternoons with other nannies in the neighbourhood etc. There is a lovely nanny community (Spanish and Latin American)
- We have every form of arts and crafts equipment as well as providing all ingredients for baking/cooking as part of his development
- Wash and iron child's clothes; normally one load on a Monday and then one on a Friday. It takes our current nanny about 45mins each day
- Put out school clothes
- Cook for children although, there is usually food prepared in advance both in the freezer and fridge so that you are less rushed on the busy days
- Bathe children and tidy after the children (15mins at end of day) before handover to parents in the evening
- We have a cleaner (now a member of the family and a dear friend), you will be expected to clean-up after the children but not the adults
- We provide all food for you throughout the day. Happy to amend food order to your preferences etc.

What We Require
- To have experience as a nanny but each nanny will be assessed on a case by case basis. Most important that you are a good cultural fit.
- Our son speaks Greek (father), English (British Mother) and Spanish (current nanny). We require the nanny to be fluent in Spanish.
- Driving is not essential but you can have access to a car

Ultimately, we are a chilled family who are more concerned with finding someone who is a good cultural fit than anything else. Our children are incredibly easy to look after and very affectionate. All pretty normal. The boys are beautiful, friendly and polite……. No exaggeration.
