Hello, I hope you are well! My name is Emily and I am a 24-year-old living in Redditch. I have a real passion for looking after children and do this as a full-time job alongside dog walking and pet sitting!
I am a very reliable, honest and trustworthy person, and pride myself in being organised and creative. I am a very patient, fun, and caring person, and take time to understand every individual’s needs. I like to know my clients on a personal front, and tailor my services to suit them.
I enjoy cooking/baking, reading and going for walks with my partner and dog. I am also a non-smoker and have a full UK driving licence.
My Experience
I have experience with ages 4 months-15 years. This is within nursery settings, current families I care for, and also babysitting my cousins and neighbours children for a number of years.
I am currently sitting for a number of families with ages ranging from 4 months to 13 years. I often plan activities and outings that are suitable for the child’s age. I am happy to cook and do general housework while sitting if the family require this, and can also offer pet sitting services if needed. I don’t mind getting messy and love planning activities that will support your child’s development, whilst also being fun.
My Qualifications
I am Ofsted Registered and have an up to date enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid training.
I also have the following qualifications to assist me with this role:
- GCSE Child Development – A
- GCSE Food Technology - A
- A-Level Children’s Play Learning & Development – Merit
- AS Level in Health & Social Care – Distinction*
- A Level Food Science & Nutrition – Merit
- Level 2 Business Administration

I can offer overnight services. I can offer cover for weddings/parties on prior arrangement, and I can also provide hotel sitting again by prior arrangement. I will do my best to accommodate requests so please get in touch if necessary.
