My Experience

I have attached a part of my CV which details my previous positions, each of these experiences have provided me with the skills I have today -

My current role the HR Administrator at a major Toy company has taught me many skills and allows me to continue developing old ones. I work 7:30 - 16:15 weekdays from home and in a local office therefore available for evening work as needed.

Programme Manager, NCS South West Lakes Trust - April 2022 – Jan 2025
• As Programme Manager I successfully recruited and coordinated teams of seasonal staff whilst designing,
planning and implementing several residential programmes for young people. I developed and
maintained customer relationships with external providers and represented the department in strategy
meetings to network with other partners to constantly improve the delivery of NCS.
• I created ongoing solutions to address any programme related issues, developed risk assessments to
ensure the safety of those attending and resolved customer concerns in a professional and timely
mann

Pastoral Mentor, Commando Joe’s, Oct 2021
• My previous role as a Pastoral Mentor has provided me with the ability to support and assist students within an educational setting. My role is heavily focused on young people with poor mental health and being able to give them the aid and advice they need to successfully access their education. Alongside this role I also take the time to educate the students on aspects of character education. Teaching resilience, empathy, passion and many more aspects of character that will benefit them in day-to-day life. This position is something I adore and feel passionate about, however I am looking to relocate and will not be within a commutable distance.

Teaching Assistant, Gothic Mede Primary School, March 2021 – Oct 2021
• During my time at Gothic Mede Primary, I gained copious amounts of knowledge and skills that has given me a great kick start into my career working with young people in an educational setting. I spent some of my time as a general TA in KS1 and then moved onto a 1-1 role where I became the main point of contact for a student with SEN in year 3, this role provided me with the experience and knowledge I needed to progress in the educational sector.

Customer Expert, Cotswold Outdoor, oct 2020 – Aug 2021, Biggleswade
• I worked as a customer expert in the outdoor retail shop, Cotswold Outdoors. Here I assisted with everyday issues that customers may have, along with running shoe, and boot fittings. I can solve problems quickly and efficiently so that the customer is satisfied to the highest standard when they leave the store. It is an important role of mine to be able to relay the knowledge and experience I have of the outdoors to the customer effectively, so they can understand the product they are purchasing.

Assistant Yard Manager, Shardeloes Equestrian Centre, Oct 2019 - Oct 2020, Amersham
• I recently worked as an Assistant yard manager at Shardeloes equestrian centre. Here I completed every day duties from mucking out, to bringing in and turning out the horses. I make sure that they are all tacked up on time so that the clients are ready to ride and have a nice enjoyable lesson. Making sure the clients are safe is also a big priority. Interacting with the adults and children when they arrive and wait for lessons is always a big part of my day.

Outdoor activities Instructor, Land and Wave LTD, May 2019 - Oct 2019, Swanage
I worked for an amazing company where I delivered all sorts of session on and off the water. I work with all ages from 6 – 80, I love seeing different people develop through different stages and watching them pick up and learn a new skill in the outdoors.

Childcare, Esprit Ski, Nov 2018 - May 2019, Belle Plagne, France
• Childcare staff: This past winter I was part of two teams in two different locations.
• For the first part of winter, I worked in Finland as a travel and children's rep, where I helped organise children's activities as well as travel speeches on the coaches.
• The second part of the winter season was spent in France, where I worked as part of the childcare team. Here I took on several tasks including, dinner time, assisting with ski lessons, running daytime and evening clubs. It was a job with extremely long hours, but it was amazing to build a relationship with the children and their families.

Watersports Instructor, South Cerney Outdoors, Jul 2018 - Oct 2018, Cotswolds
• I also worked South Cerney outdoors, where I focus on providing great customer service as well as producing great quality sessions for people of all ages, in activities ranging from Kayaking to Sailing. I thoroughly enjoyed running children's parties.

Watersports Instructor, Plas Menai Outdoor Centre, Apr 2018 - Jul 2018, Caernarfon, Wales
Working at Plas Menai National Watersports centre in north wales. Here I ran sessions to all ages on a day-to-day basis. These include activities like; sailing, rock climbing, High ropes, Kayaking, SUPing and Canoeing.

My Qualifications

I have an enhanced DBS check, my First aid certificate has just lapsed but I will be renewing this.
Coaching and Mentoring Level 3
Extended Level 3 Diploma in outdoor education.

My Availability

I’m happy to work most weekday evenings, however happy to discuss weekend dates if I have the availability.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour

I am willing to discuss salary with the family.
