Looking for childcare help over the holidays? Hi there! I am Becca, from the USA. I have moved to North London to pursue a nursing degree at King's College. As I am a full-time student, my schedule is quite variable, and so I am looking for occasional work in the evenings and weekends and holidays.
As a babysitter, I am active, reliable, and creative. I love playing football, doing arts and crafts, and going on adventures with little ones. I am bilingual (English/Spanish), am currently studying Portuguese and Russian, and have a masters in Bilingual Education.
My Experience
I have over 14 years of childcare experience working with children from ages 3 months to 12 years, often multiple at a time. I have particular experience with infants and toddlers, but have also worked as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, and teacher for all ages. For the past two years, I worked in Madrid, Spain teaching English at a nursery school. My students ranged from 6 months to 3 years old. In addition to time in the classroom, I have years of tutoring experience in various subjects including Spanish, English, Maths, Science, Reading, and more.
My Qualifications
BSc in Biopsychology and Spanish Literature. Masters in Bilingual Education. Currently pursing MSc in Adult Nursing.
My Availability
I am to work on an ad hoc basis as my schedule fluctuates weekly due to university and placement.
