Hi! I’m Arden Nolan, a 24-year-old qualified Level 2 (NVQ) Early Years Childcare Practitioner with 7 years of hands-on experience working with children. I’m DBS checked and trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, the SEND Code of Practice, Equality and Diversity, and lots more.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and safe space where children feel happy, secure, and excited to explore and learn. Whether it’s just a few hours of babysitting or being a regular, trusted part of your child’s life, I’m dedicated to making every moment fun and full of care for both your little one and you as parents.
My Experience
I’ve been lucky to work with children of all ages — from tiny newborns just 6 weeks old to teenagers up to 16 years old. I love adapting my care to fit each child’s unique needs and personality, whether that means soothing a baby, playing creative games with toddlers, or supporting older kids with homework and activities. No matter the age, I’m all about creating a warm, fun, and safe environment where children feel happy and cared for.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 2 (NVQ) in Early Years Childcare, and I’m DBS checked for your safety. I’m trained in paediatric first aid and have completed courses in safeguarding, the SEND Code of Practice, Equality and Diversity, Looked After Children, Food Hygiene, Administration of Medication, Understanding Autism and more.

I currently have flexible availability throughout the week, including weekends and overnight stays — happy to work with your schedule to make things as easy and convenient as possible!

I charge £15 per hour, Multiple children households are £20 per hour.

It was a short notice and I wanted someone very understanding and professional to support me. Arden was a godsend! My son Mithran loved being with her. Especially being new to this place and having someone trustworthy whom you can lean on, is truly a blessing in disguise! Arden engaged my son in the activities as per his interest. Observed him carefully and even suggested the right activities and books to nurture him. A young and passionate nanny I have ever met! She is quick, thoughtful, very friendly and most importantly compassionate!
