About Me

I am a OUTSTANDING GRADED OFSTED registered Childminder in the Frampton Cotterell area. I got into childcare straight from college and then went into various workplaces where I gained a lot of experience. I now have 2 Boys of my own and feel like childminding will fit well around our family.

I want to give the children in my care the experiences and opportunities they need to grow and flourish. I will provide children with a Fun and happy environment, encouraging learning through their play and letting them explore their surroundings.
Children are encouraged to express themselves through singing, dancing, arts & crafts, cooking and much more. We will also enjoy visiting local parks and communities such as the local toddler groups.

We have a lovely garden where the children can freely explore. I have a Mud kitchen, water and sand play, chalking and a vegetable patch.

We have an allotment which we can walk to, we go to a local care home once a month and much more

My approach to learning will be mainly child -led, I want to follow their lead and interests as believe this will spark their imaginations and engage them in wanting to learn more. I will also provide adult led activities which will be topic themed.

I believe that all children should feel safe, secure and most importantly have fun and learn through play.

I now work with an assistant so we have upto 7 children per day. She is excellent at her job and is very caring and nuturing. She has fitted in perfectly and we work really well together. Please contact me if I can help!
