About Me
I'm Padma, an Ofsted-registered childminder who is completely certified and up to date on all necessary courses. My childminding facility is housed in a big structure with separate living quarters and a kitchen, as well as a huge bedroom and bathroom that will provide the child a nursery-like ambiance. There is also a wide garden with a variety of toys and games. I've been working in school nurseries for about five years, and I've had a room leader position, which allows me to create daily learning activities for kids of various ages. I place a strong focus on healthy eating and offer a range of meals to suit the children's palates, always with steamed veggies. In accordance with my equal opportunity philosophy, I allow every child the chance to realise their full potential, regardless of their aptitude, sex, colour, or religion. I support good conduct and urge them to interact with others and share.
My Experience
I have been taking care of kids for 15 years, more than 4 years of which I spent working and teaching in primary, preschool, and nursery settings. I also have first-hand knowledge with newborns because I have my own kids. Additionally, I have been a room leader at a preschool.
My Qualifications
I have more than 4 years of experience working and teaching children in primary school, pre-school, and nursery. In addition, I have new-born experience which includes my own children. Also, I have been working as a room leader in a pre-school.

When i first come to visit Tiny Tots i was so impressed is veri clean,organised and spacious. My biggest concern was my 18months son will not be able to stay without me,but Padma showed me the contrair. She is a very kind and thoughtful person and my son has adapted very quickly.
What i like it from the beginning is that Padma is very in to the healthy food and also work with him to be independent. Padma always keep me posted on what activity they had during the day,if he eat or refuse certain things,for me this place is everything and beyond what i was hoping it will be and i really recommend for those who have the concern that their child will not adapt. my son learn and enjoy very much this place,he feels safe and happy and for that i shall thank Padma.

My 17-month-old old daughter has been with Tiny Tots for nearly 2 months. I was really nervous to leave her in a childcare setting in the beginning, but padma made it really easy and was amazing with my daughter. Padma has a nice setting, a very clean environment, and has lots of toys to play with. We get daily updates regarding her well-being and her daily activities. I would highly recommend Padma to anyone.
