About Me
Here at Chestnut Childminding we provide a home from home experience leading with the child's interests but providing opportunities for all children to build on their existing knowledge and experiences.
I will follow the EYFS closely ensuring your child is meeting their development stages and providing additional support where needed.
Your child will have alot of time outside and I plan on taking them on day trips to forest school and the zoo to name a couple.
I have access to a Colchester zoo pass and jimmys farm pass which we love to utilise.
Days out are such an important part of our week at Chestnut Childminding.
I enjoy porviding sensory play opportunities for the children here at Chestnut childminding and giving them a safe place to learn and grown in their early years.
I also provide School drop off and pick ups form Highwoods community school providing activities and space for them to complete homework with assistance from me when needed.

My Experience
I'm a mummy to my 2 boys , my eldest attends preschool and the smallest stays home currently.
I am a qualified level 3 Early years Educator, DBS checked, paediatric first Aid trained, safeguarding training and food hygiene training.
I previously worked in a nursery for 12 months before passing my Ofsted registration, Iv been a childminder for over a year now and have lots of positive feedback from past and present parents.

Level 3 Early Years Educator

Level 3 safeguarding
EYFS teaching diploma
Enhanced DBS.
My Availability
I can be flexible please contact me to discuss but I have provided rough idea of what I may be available for but this can be negotiated.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
£7.50 an hour inclusive of activities and snacks.
I accept funded childcare.
Also take tax free childcare payment.
Lunch not provided.
