Welcomes to Hearts Elite Childminding and Early Years Educating!
My name is Andrea, I live in the beautiful picturesque village of Ashwell in Hertfordshire.
I have just left my job as a Early Years Educator and Manager at our local preschool,I have worked there 12 years and along side that I have also nannied for several local families.
From September 2022 I have now set up as a Ofsted approved childminder.
My friends and colleagues would describe me as friendly, approachable, caring, trustworthy and reliable, and a great sense of humour!
I feel like I can offer a home to home environment, but with the many years of experience I have in teaching early years as a added bonus!
My Experience
I have 2 children of my own, as well as over 20 years experience looking after children birth to 17years.
I have 12 years experience working in a preschool as an Early Years Educator, and 3 years in management, but carrying on working in sessions 4 days a week along side the management position.
I’m very much a hands on manager who supports not only the children, but the staff to.
My Qualifications
NCFE CACHE LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA FOR THE EARLY YEARS WORKFORCE, EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR
My Availability
I currently only have 2 days left to offer which are, Wednesday and Thursday. A total of 20 hours.
I offer my childminding services Monday to Thursday, morning to evening, 8am to 6pm
( extended times can be negotiated to parents preferences)
