My Experience
During my time at high school I volunteered with the LC team spending time doing paired reading with children who have additional support needs. I was also a young mental health ambassador where I worked along side our counselling team supporting young people who are struggling. I also spent time on placement during this at local primary schools with children ages 4-10years.
I attended Edinburgh College beginning at Age 16, where I passed first year with top grades. While on this course I went on placement at a local nursery and throughly enjoyed every moment with children ages 8mnths- 5yrs. I then stayed on at Edinburgh college and got my NC Childhood Practice award again with top grades.
