My wife and I are both full time professionals, and have two children (boy - 9, girl - 6).
My Requirements
We are looking for an after-school nanny from mid-May 2024 who can look after two primary school age children (Boy - 9, girl - 6) in the Headington area for the remainder of the summer term (and preferably ongoing from September onwards).
Approximate hours Tues-Thurs, 3-6pm (8/9 hours per week).
It would involve picking them up from school, walking them home (approx 5min walk) and looking after them until we finish work. We're looking for someone who can keep the children entertained at home (or occasionally take them out to the park when the weather's good), engage them in basic activities (lego, drawing, toy playing etc), maintain some reasonable discipline / good behaviour, and cook basic dinners. No formal qualifications necessary - but experience of looking after children (either your own, or some else's) a must. We'd welcome applicants of any age or background. This is a term-time only, part-time role of approx 8/9 hours per week - though there may be opportunities for more hours during school holidays if desired.
