My Experience

Most recently, I have worked at a full-time teacher assistant at a secondary school where I helped students with learning difficulties in both the classroom and in private interventions.
On my gap year, I worked as an au pair in Paris for one year. I lived with and nannied for twins aged 2 then 3 (girl and boy) and a 9 year old girl for 30 hours a week. I was responsible for waking them up, getting them ready for school, taking them to school, picking them up from school, taking them to the park and playing with them, preparing their dinner and teaching them English. I also looked after them for at least 10 hours every Wednesday.
I also babysat for a 1 year old boy twice a week in Paris and I have babysat in the UK for a little girl from when she was just a few months old.
I can provide references from my french au pair family as well as other families I have babysat for in France, Finland and the UK. Thank you for reading about my job enquiry and my childcare experience. I hope to hear from you soon.

My Qualifications

I don’t have any specific childcare qualifications but I have experience with children from the ages of 5 months to 16 years in the UK, France and Finland. Since I have nannied for twin toddlers for 30 hours a week in France I feel I am adequate for most roles!
I also have a DBS check from working at a UK secondary school.
