About Me
Hi! I’m Rachel, a Northern Irish university graduate living in Liverpool. I have just completed my BA in Early Childhood and am currently completing my PGCE to train as a Primary School Teacher. I have plenty of experience looking after young children in multiple nursery schools and daycares, and with older children in summer camps and Scout groups. I also hold an advanced DBS check and I am trained in Paediatric First Aid. I also have experience with Special Needs, including 1-1 support. My Experience
I have four years experience volunteering with Beaver Scouts. I have done babysitting jobs with various families in my area, helping with children aged 3-8 and often look after my baby brother. Previously, I have worked as a summer scheme leader for children aged 4-8. This was a relaxed environment where I planned arts and crafts, play activities and fun days out.
I have also gained extensive experience with children ages 0-5 in various private and communities nursery schools, with experience in SEN classrooms and 1-1 support.
My Qualifications
I have obtained GCSEs in English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Double Award Science, Art, Technology and French. I have A-Levels in Health and Social Care, Technology and Physics. I have a BA (Hons) Early Childhood and am currently studying for my Primary PGCE
