About Me

I'm Covid-19 Vaccinated

Looking for a native Arabic or Russian speaking nanny from April/May 2024.
We are an international family - my husband is from Egypt and speaks Arabic, I'm from Kazakhstan and speak Russian. Our first baby Asiya is born 19 January 2022 and is a lovely smiling pumpkin who stole our hearts forever!

My Requirements

We currently have a Russian speaking nanny who helps us 5 times a week for a full working day. She isn't flexible in her times and lives far.

Asiya just turned 2 years old, and before we planned to change this schedule, combining nanny with the pre-school 3/2 to enlarge Asiya's social life. However, we decided to postpone this until she can communicate better as we want to be able to hear from her what happened during the day in the kindergarten.

Sometimes, 1-2 times a year, we get visits from our grandmother or travel to see grannies. In these rare periods, we might not need a nanny's service, or her hours will be reduced. It'll, of course, be mutually agreed upon beforehand.

Sometimes, when mommy is travelling for business, a nanny may be required to stay overnight (not more than 1 or 2 nights at a time) or travel together with a family.
Since mommy is also studying, sometimes nanny may be asked to work extra hours on weekends or in the evenings (and especially allow mommy and daddy some little time for themselves).

We are looking for a lovely nanny who would be able to love our child like her own so that Asiya won't be feeling abandoned by us when we are at work. A mature woman is preferred.
Nanny needs to know English at communication level and be natively fluent either in Arabic or Russian.
We are looking for a clean and organised person of responsible and not arguing nature.
We want her to have a pedagogical education so that she can teach everything a toddler would learn in preschool.
We want the nanny to be able to work on the child's development and social needs, incl. sleeping in her bed, using a potty, sharing, be8ng polite, behave, respect elders, eating independently, etc.
Nanny would need to cook for a child and help her mother take care of her room, toys, and wardrobe, keeping it all tidy and clean. Being proactive and spotless is a must.
Our child is a happy and active baby who loves singing, running, and dancing, and we want a nanny to be open to these activities, too.
We don't appreciate forcing the child and doing things through crying, so we are using an approach of reaching an agreement and soft leadership.
A nanny has to love cats as we are also a family with a furry baby.

PS: ladies younger than 40 and those, who came to live in the UK in the last 2 years, please do not bother
