My Experience
Seeing our young people genuinely smile and feel safe in the services that they know as home, is one of the best parts of my job. Building strong connection : I am always with the kids and they consider me as their big sister. They give me a lot of love, and I think it is one of the most beautiful things that you can have.
Teaching and learning : it is a real exchange, you can learn a lot from them and also you can teach them so many things.For me, helping children grow up is incredibly satisfying and you play a vital role in their development.
