My name is Rabia and i have been working as a TSA (teaching support assistant) for 6 years now. I have experience and a passion with supporting children with additional needs. My hours are from 8-4 and would like to use my time after work to help and support others! I have a level 2 childcare qualification and will provide a DBS check which was renewed in September 2021. I also have a 3 year old niece whom I take care of on the weekends so I also have life experience with babies/toddlers.

During my experience as a TSA, I can proudly say I am very flexible and passionate with what I do. For the past 4 years I have been working 1:1 with children with additional needs. I can adapt in different environments and provide the appropriate care to support children and work closely with parents by always having a positive attitude and remaining professional.
