About Me
My name is Florence, I am an Ofsted registered and enhanced DBS checked childminder with a 5 star food hygiene rating.
I have one child of my own, a 2 year old. I live in Cheshunt in my clean and well presented home with a garden and lots of space to play and learn. I also live within walking distance of a country park.
I have a passion for child development and enjoy watching the children in my care thrive and progress. We take regular trips and outings to places such as farms, soft play, library’s and parks. I also provide many other activities that cover the EYFS such as arts and crafts, cooking, reading and writing and regular outdoor play.
I have a home based childcare award, enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid training and regularly partake in refresher and new courses to keep my knowledge up to date.
Included in the full day rate of £65 is all meals, snacks, drinks (except formula) and outings.

I needed a last minute childminder and Florence responded to my message promptly. She was extremely professional from the get go and made me feel so at ease. My son had so much fun and came home with some crafts he’d done. Florence kept me updated all day. Will definitely be using again!!

Florence is amazing. My daughter loves coming to Florence’s home. She is always so excited. She has put me at ease from our first visit as I was very anxious to leave my daughter at first. They go out everyday and I feel like my daughter has come on so well since being here. She focus’s on every child’s development and happiness. She makes them lovely meals and encourages healthy eating.

My child has flourished since attending Florence’s setting. She offers a warm home from home while also adding learning throughout the day. I couldn’t recommend her enough and I feel my child is so safe.
