Live Out Nanny
Hours 24 hours per week depending on the Nanny (we are flexible)
Salary - negotiable depending on the person.

Both my husband and I work from home and have steady jobs and income. We are very busy and really need support with childcare. We did send our children to nursery and will still be sending him for a day or two to take care of the social aspect. that would have been great to keep long term as she loved it but he tends to fall sick so much there and that means keeping him home and not being able to work. We also recently spent 2 months in India where we used a nanny for the first time and we absolutely loved the experience so we know this would work for us now.

Ideally we are looking for a nanny for 2/3 days a week (9-5 or 6 PM). We could be flexible on the hours also. It would be good to have some ad-hoc help maybe on some weekend evenings every now and again but generally speaking it would be week days we need help with.

We don't really need help around the house, just meal prep would be great and the rest of the time can spent on the kids.

Our son is speech delayed so we would love someone who can help him with his speech and language. We would love someone with experience in teaching early years as well as someone with experience with babies and even more better if you have experience looking after young children who are so close in age.

We have a lovely big play room in our house as well as a cosy corner for reading and afternoon naps. A big living room and garden. We are looking for someone who would be able to be our nanny for at least the next 24 months, we really want a nanny that will become part of the family and hopefully a good friend also.
