About Me
Hiya my names Sneha and I have a 3 year old daughter. I enjoy watching children grow through experiences and play over the years and enjoy parenting with a gentle child led approach. We are planning to home-educate in the future and appreciate the unschooling prospects of education.
My Requirements
Looking for a loving and kind childminder to look after my daughter during the weekday, fully funded 15 hours. 5 hours over 3 days (yet to be confirmed). I'm looking for either le5 4lu or le2 8ts as I will be able to find work from both areas. I have always gentle disciplined my child without punishments e.g. time outs, shouting, blackmailing, harsh consequences, so I'm looking for a childminder that understands this. We are also looking for a place with a child led approach to playing/learning. It would be really nice if sticker charts, over praising etc. is not used as I don't want it to undermine daughters future behaviour. It would help if praising/encouragement was more specific e.g. ''Thats a really tall tower'' or ''I love the way you cut the carrots up so small''. Thanks
