About Me
We are a bilingual family of three: English dad, Italian mum and 5 years old boy, plus an affectionate cat. Both parents work full time mostly from the office.
My Requirements
We are looking for an after school nanny. Approximate working hours will be Monday to Thursday 3.10 - when school finishes - to 18.30/19.
On Friday the finishing time will be 18.00.
We are open to reviewing a range of applications but preference will be given to candidates who
- Live locally
- Speak Italian
- Have relevant experience and are flexible
Both parents work full time in busy jobs (3-4days in the office and 1-2 days work from home). Beyond our strict need for after-nursery care, we are a flexible family who will adapt the role to fit the candidate.
Responsibilities:
picking up the child from the school
Taking the child to after school sports activities and playdates
supervising and looking after the child, creating play and stimulation situations (puzzles, cards, colouring, sports)
trips to local museum/ library
taking care of the preparation of the child's meals - and the family, if possible
Taking care of the child's wardrobe (arranging clothes for sports, washing the swimming kit after the activity, folding)
