Hello my name is Shali, a childminder that offers a lot of care to growing minds. I live in Bushmead, Luton with my husband and my two kids. I have worked with children for an outstanding 9 years in the field of childcare. In the past, I have worked as a Nursery Nurse and a Classroom Assistant. I am a very responsible lady that loves working alongside children. Furthermore, in the favour of children with English as their second language, I am multilingual and speak fluently in languages, including English, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu. Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
In addition, weekends are available from 9am to 4pm.

- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
No registration fees.
Full-time children: Meals, snacks and drinks included.
Part-time children: Snacks and drinks included.
Parents to provide nappies and wipes for their child.
Price per hour entirely depends on the service and hours required.

I cannot recommend this setting enough! It's an amazing place. The whole family is very supportive and understanding, always sharing helpful feedback and advice through every challenging phase my son has faced since he first came here. Shali and Pravin have created a wonderful environment where my son feels completely at home and valued. Despite English being his second language, Shali makes every efforts to ensure he will be ready for school in September. Every Thursday, we receive fun new materials to make learning enjoyable at home. My son has been here for over two years, and has learnt so much and it will be sad to leave.This is my third childminder, and I can confidently say it’s been a lucky charm. If you're looking for a safe, fun, and caring environment, your child will love it here.

Choosing Sai Growing Little minds was one of the best decisions I made. My son joined when he was 19 months old and really quickly settled in (within a week) and absolutely loves going there now. I feel lucky to have found a second home for him where he receives utmost care and love. Shali was always quick to put my mind at ease, sharing pictures of daily activities and sending updates. It’s lovely to see him grow cognitively, enjoying various different activities that are well planned and structured as well as lots of free play. One of my biggest worries was him napping and eating in a new place, but instead he does both of those things better there than he would at home!. Shali has also been accommodating and flexible with my work hours, that was a huge plus for me. Thank you for taking care of him, we wish we could stay much longer.
