Pixie dust -Vikki

My 8 year old son goes to Pixie Dust and absolutely loves it, Vikki does so many different activities with them and they have a good balanced meal too. I feel at ease when I go to work knowing that my son is happy. Vikki is also flexible and willing to help in any possible way, brilliant service A** thanks

Amazing

We have been using vikki for wrap around care since February 2023. We have noticed since our daughter has been at Vikki’s that she has progressed due to the various activities that she does after school. She really enjoys and looks forward to going. If we are struggling for childcare one day on short notice vikki does anything she can to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend her services. Our daughter absolutely loves Vikki and her daughters.

Home from Home 🤩

Vikki is an incredible childminder who goes above and beyond. She makes my son feel at home and offers a fantastic range of activities and meals, all of which he loves. He is only three, and has settled so brilliantly into Vicki’s setting- this is testament to her friendly nature and wonderful setup. I couldn’t ask for anything else- she is well- organised, professional and has a genuine passion for what she does!

Simply wonderful childcare.

My little boy has been attending Pixie Dust since September when he started school in reception.
It can be a really daunting time leaving your little one for the first time but Vicky was reassuring and very professional every step of the way. From the very first visit when we went to look around Vicky was very informative and provided us with all the information and reassurance, we instantly it was the right place for our little boy.
Vicky has the children at the centre of everything she does, there are lots of free choice activities on offer to the children alongside carefully planned activities that support children’s interests and develops their knowledge and learning further should children wish to get involved, Vicky has also planned some trips after school which my son has really enjoyed.
Vicky provide a lovely hearty meal on an evening that my son loves and it’s great to know he has had a home cooked meal after school.
I would recommend Pixie Dust to anyone looking for before and after school provision. She is amazing and my little boy loves going, he always has a smile on his face and lots of positive things to share with us about his time with Vicky, often not want to leave- that speaks volumes in itself.
Vicky has made was I thought was going to be a daunting process into something very easy, knowing our little one is cared for so well allows us to go about out working day not having to worry. Thank you Vicky you are amazing at what you do! Xxx

The best choice

Vikki is incredible, we are so happy that we find her. My son loves her and her daughters. She always make amazing plans with kids, make full day of fun. I could not recommend more. She help me as much as she could with time and days. Even when circumstances change, she did not have problem to move day to another and reschedule it the way I needed. Awesome, friendly attitude. She is angel for us 😊

Fantastic childminder!

My son, aged 8, goes to Vikkis every afternoon. Vikki picks him up from school, he has a healthy snack and drink, does topic activities related to themes in school. Vikki gives him his tea (he eats a better variety here than he does at home!) and then they have free play activities. Jacob is very shy and quiet but Vikki is very patient with him and he's starting to come out of his shell, talking more to her each day. She posts the timetable of food/activities each week in the parent Facebook group. Vikki regularly takes them on little outings - the park, soft play, the Addy in Knottingley and the library.

Jacob loves his time here and Vikki, and her 2 girls, I am so glad I found her :)) xxx

100 percent recommend

Vikki is amazing with the children and my son loves going after school! She always has a thoroughly planned out week so I always know what my son will be doing and when. She makes lovely homemade meals, takes the children out to parks/ play areas and ensures there are plenty of activities to do in provision. Vikki is very organised and is very good at communicating. I would 100 percent recommend Vikki to anyone needing wrap around care for their child.

Amazing

Vikki is fantastic, she offers a routined setting with lots of play but it’s linked to curriculum. So the kids have a great time and are learning at the same time. Topics change regularly and trips out are offered. My boy loves going to vikkis house! The set up is amazing and exactly where you would want your little one to be. Vikki is extremely professional and keeps parents well informed with the weekly plan. This includes the menu, the plans for organised play and what is available to children during free play. Free play includes homework house should your child wish! Overall a wonderful setting which provides me with full peace of mind that our son is fed well, engaged and free to have some down time too. Can’t recommend enough.
