About Me
Hi there! My name is Dottie Foster and I am a 22 year old student at the Royal Veterinary College. I have recently moved to Potters Bar and am looking for some part time nannying/babysitting work. I love children and used to work as a nanny in Texas, where I am originally from, but have not had the chance to interact with kids much since moving and my life has definitely felt a little too quiet without them. I would be honored with the privilege of getting to be a part of your kid's/family's life.
My Experience
I have nannied for a handful of families previously with a wide range of children, anywhere from 3 month old twins to 13 year olds. At most I have been tasked with caring after families of 4 children at once and I loved every minute of it. Typically my responsibilities have included preparing meals, assisting with homework, cleaning the house, and overall just making sure the kids are having a good time. I have been DBS checked within the past year and I am also CPR aware.
In addition to my experience nannying, I haves served as a support group leader at a grief center for children who have lost loved ones. This position helped me to understand how children operate and work to facilitate healthy expressions of their emotions.
Furthermore I have also worked as a substitute teacher and private tutor for Biology and Chemistry which has allowed me to work with older ages and I would be more than happy to help out with homework or lessons in the future.
My Qualifications
I have been DBS checked and am CPR aware. Other than that I do not have any official certificates but as previously mentioned I have been nannying for the past 5 years and have quite a bit of experience.
My Availability
I am a full time student so I have class 9-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9-1pm on Wednesdays. However, I am free in the evenings or before school and I am also free on the weekends!

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
I usually charge around 10GBP/hr but if there are more than 3 kids I charge around 15GBP.
If I am doing overnights I typically have a flat fee of about 50GBP
