My Experience
I am an experienced nursery practitioner with a bachelors honours degree, specializing in children aged 0-16, adept in implementing the EYFS curriculum and ensuring seamless progression. I have also worked as a nursery deputy manager, where I successfully led the nursery in collaboration with the manager, providing mentorship to staff members. In my previous roles I have supported children aged 7 to 16 with diverse SEN needs, including but not limited to, childhood trauma, autism, eating disorders, and self-harm.
Throughout all of my roles in my 10 years qualified, I always maintain the highest amount of care for children and strongly believe in the child led approach. In my opinion, children learn best outside in nature, so I like to allow them to explore and learn whilst in it.
