My name is Jordyn Morley and I am a 25 year old female, living in West Kensington. I am a kind, gentle and patient individual, with a love for children and babies.
I studied Fashion Design in Stellenbosch, before interning for one of South Africa’s largest fashion retailers. I also run my own makeup artistry company.
I have worked as a full-time nanny for the past few years, working with little ones from newborn to 8 years. I currently work as a nanny part-time whilst I complete a fashion internship at Liberowe.
I am a creative individual, who loves making clothes, painting and reading. I am also active and love being outdoors! I hope to bring a good balance of creativity and play, as well as structure and learning to the children's lives whom I nanny for.
My Experience
I worked as a full-time nanny for a wonderful family in Notting hill for a year and a half, before they relocated to Oz. I cared for their two little girls (one from birth).
I currently work as a part-time nanny for a lovely family in Acton, caring for a 2 year old. I do this in conjunction with completing a fashion internship. I also regularly babysit over weekends and overnight for various families.
Prior to relocating to the UK, I nannied for a family in South Africa.
I am experienced in changing diapers, bath time, sterilising bottles and managing meal times and sleep schedules for little ones. I have completed a First Aid & CPR course and know how to handle any emergencies or injuries correctly and calmly.
I am also an avid cook and baker, happy to prepare healthy and delicious meals and am well-versed in making baby-friendly purees.
I am a punctual and organised individual, able to arrange schedules and manage admin and household duties.
I ensure that there is a good balance of leisure and play, as well as learning time and structure in the day. I am fun and energetic and have experience curating educational games and activities and love keeping little ones and children entertained and happy.
Having finished highschool with 6 distinctions and receiving academic and public speaking honours, I am able to assist with homework, projects, speeches and studies. Having completed a Fashion Design Advanced Diploma, I am also available to mend clothes.
