About Me
Hello, my name is Skylah and I am currently a full-time primary school teacher looking for an extra job to fill my time after school, on the weekends and in the school holidays.
Having already gained a diverse set of skills through various professional experiences, I am now ready to develop my existing skills and add to my work history. My experiences have provided me with the competence and efficiency to work in an organised manner, communicate with confidence, and the ability to manage workloads.
As a friendly, kind and helpful individual I feel I would be a credit to any family.
My Experience
I am a Year 5 primary school teacher and have been working full-time for a year now.
My first secure job was looking after a little boy weekly. This started when he was 16 months up until when he was 3/4 years old. This involved me taking him on days out, feeding him, changing him and putting him to bed. I absolutely loved it!
I was also a dance teacher for 1-2 years in a primary after school club. This involved choreographing dances for 10-20 children all at different ages. This sparked my love for children and teaching.
Throughout my teens I was a trained lifeguard, this is where I received my first aid training. This also included managing some children birthday parties in the pools etc.
