About Us
We would like to extend a very warm welcome to you from the team at Woodland Day Nursery.
Woodland is a vibrant nursery in which our highly qualified team seeks to provide the very best in care and education.
We have recently been awarded OUTSTANDING by Ofsted in May 2024.
You can place your child in our care feeling relaxed knowing they are in a safe and nurturing learning environment where they will flourish. Our home from
home setting provides exciting learning opportunities to extend your child’s learning and development in all
seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
Our nursery is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:15pm for 51 weeks
of the year (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas week and two staff
training days).
Woodland Day Nursery has an age range for children between 2 years and 5 years old. We provide 15 hours of funded childcare for 2 year old in line with the government funding (if criteria is met) and 15 or 30 hours funded childcare for 3-4 year old is available to all parents
(hours may differ if stretched).

Breakfast and snacks are also included in the price. Lunch is cooked by Honest Meals, healthy and nutritious every day.
