About Me
I am a 22 year old based in Carlisle and I have recently graduated from Lancaster university with a degree in Business Management. I am now undergoing my PGCE in Primary Education based in Cumbria and I would love to lend a helping hand to parents who need a breather or have a busy schedule.
My Experience
I have looked after and managed children aged 0 and upwards since I was 6+ years old. Helping out with my brother and sister and then more family members and babysat as I got older. Throughout my last year of university, I have babysit one family regularly who I have loved caring for. Looking after includes: feeding, changing nappies, entertaining, supervising and caring. I love spending time with children and watching them grow and develop into their own wonderful characters, being there to support them and help shape them is a wonderful privilege and something I cherish.
My Qualifications
I have just completed my Business Management course at Lancaster University and I am currently doing my PGCE in Primary Education. I have recently completed a children and young people’s mental health course.

Holly is lovely and responsible too.
Lucas tried to take the Mick and go to the park on his walk back from the bus stop (he's too old to be met off the bus, it would be embarrassing for him and negatively impact his socialisation/lead to bullying) whilst holly was waiting at the house, she checked with me if he was allowed to do that, suspecting he wasn't.
Then promptly called him, and I texted him from work. She had no issues upholding the punishment I set in place until I finished work, then got him to do his homework at the appointed time.
When I got back they were happily building Lego in his room.
I have no doubt that Lucas will not be able to trick her again and knows that she is an extension of our rules and respects her.
He enjoys spending time with her and they had a lovely afternoon after school.
She is able to pass on how their day has been and what they have done to our other babysitter/childminder so they can both be in the loop and plan days over the holidays and let each other know where Lucas mental health is at.
She is a great addition to our family.
