My name is Sana and I am a childminder based in Oxford, Headington.
My aim is to have a happy, safe and enjoyable space where children from all cultures and abilities can build their confidence and develop nurturing and loving relationships with the adults caring for them as well as other children.
I have been hands on with my children from birth and have loads of experience with working with children of various ages in professional childcare settings. Have relocated from London, where I spent time working in a private school and a childcare setting.
I love engaging children with the natural habitat and promote outdoor play as much as possible and make sure I give them a home from home experience especially in the younger years . I have created a safe outdoor space full of fun activities for children of all ages to thrive and enhance their sensory experience. Additionally, it is a great opportunity to use their whole body and develop their gross motor skills.
I believe at Tiny Hands Childcare; I will make a lasting positive impression on your child’s life and they will associate me with their happy memories and emotions.
My main focus is working with young children aged 6months -3 years and making sure they have wonderful building blocks for their future and also exposed to a many different experiences.
My Experience
I have a child care qualification, first aid training and DBS training.
I have experience with teaching children and also worked in a childcare in London before moving to Oxford in 2018 and gained loads of first hand experience. I am happy to provide references on request for parents.
My Qualifications
I have First Aid Training, And qualified childcare level 3 cache.
My Availability
My hours are between 8-5pm Monday to Thursday.
I offer government funded hours and I am flexible with timings (between my set hours).
As I have a small ratio of children, my availability is very limited so please do fill out a waiting list form via my website.

My son loves attending Tiny Hands! He gets to participate in some wonderful activities and eats healthy meals and snacks.
Sana takes a keen interest in making sure my son is developing in accordance with the Early Learning Goals-particularly in regards to his speech and communication skills. She has given me some great advice on how to support my son’s interests at home.
I highly recommend Sana and Tiny Hands.

Sana has been looking after our little 2 year old for about 7 months now and I am very pleased with her care. I am so amazed how my daughter has grown to love Sana’s place and care. She has learned so much words and songs. She has learned to love brushing teeth even more. She has grown to be much more independent and comfortable with Sana’s care.
Sana offers a variety of learning and fun activities that she documents well and keeps us updated. The pictures and videos she sends to me and my partner are such a dose of my happiness after an exhausting day at work.
Furthermore, I am grateful for Sana for being so understanding with our change of circumstances and was willing to work with it when feasible. I am grateful for her patience, pleasant personality and cleanliness.
Overall, we are satisfied and I couldn’t be grateful enough for her treating our little one like one of her own. 🥰🥰
