Heres a little bit about our family.
We're a loving, outgoing, caring family of 3. I have a little boy who is called Jaxon. I am currently studying whilst Jaxons Dad is working. Jaxon loves to socialise with different children but also likes solo play. He is walking and saying a few words and gestures. Jaxon is very cheeky, loving and loves to engage in play. I want to get jaxon to socialise more with different children/adults. Learn different key skills and for somebody who's trustworthy to meet Jaxons needs.
My Requirements
MUST BE OFSTED APPROVED
In my upcoming job at the end of March, the first 6 weeks will be mixed shift patterns, so must be flexible in order of childcare. After this 6 week is a fixed shift pattern. INCLUDING WEEKENDS, only for short hours until Jaxons Dad picks him up.
I require someone to work with me in terms of meeting my child's needs. He needs to work on his speech and language development required by the MAST worker and Health Visitor.
